Anna is our AI mentor: a purpose-built assistant, not a general chatbot. She is designed to be patient, jargon-free and encouraging, to remember what you are working towards, and to give answers that fit your experience level. Anna is clearly identified as AI, and human editors write and review the guidance she teaches from.
Curriculum, product and community
Ask Anna is created and run by the team at Gossip Media, a digital media and content company. Our editors, marketers and product builders design the courses, curate the prompt library and moderate the community. We build for our own parents, friends and former colleagues, which is why the tone is respectful rather than patronising.
